This is a great flavor to try if you’re needing something a little lighter and less intense! This is our lightest chocolate, similar to a 77% dark chocolate.
What does it taste like? Enjoyably creamy with a smooth texture and hints of coconut and vanilla. Everyone’s taste is different. If you’re unsure about whether you will like our chocolate, start by trying just a couple of different bars.
Ingredient notes: This chocolate does contain less than 1% Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin (derived from Organic Yuca Root). We still feel good about this because we trust the sourcing, it’s organic, and in such a small concentration (less than 1%). Does NOT contain any corn. If you are unsure, please feel free to do some research and decide if it’s right for your diet.
Note about naturally occurring sugars: There is a small amount of naturally occurring sugar that comes from the Organic Coconut Milk. We have measured it to be significantly less than 1 gram per serving. If you are extremely sensitive to naturally occurring sugars, you may want to avoid this particular flavor.
